What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with business leaders, suppliers, and internal teams to formulate a dynamic procurement activity schedule. Your decisions will shape our future.
• Market Mastery: Utilize your deep understanding of market dynamics. Think Porter’s Five Forces meets Kraljic. You’ll dissect cost determinants and industry trends to craft winning strategies.
• Go-to-Market Guru: Develop go-to-market strategies that resonate with our business stakeholders. Your insights will drive our success.
• Negotiation Ninja: Assume a leadership role in procurement tenders. Negotiate like a pro, securing the best deals for Centrica.
• Legal Liaison: Spearhead contract drafting and negotiation. Collaborate with our Commercial Legal and specialist legal teams to ensure watertight agreements.
• Supplier Relationships: Establish and nurture Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities. You’ll be the bridge between Centrica and our partners.
• Governance Guardian: Oversee the contract governance process. Work closely with business stakeholders and the Group Contracts Committee to ensure compliance and excellence.
• Risk Management: Partner with specialized risk teams. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Your vigilance will safeguard our success.
