As a Portfolio Analyst you will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of key MI, data and analysis with recommendations that support the management of industry driven workflow and mitigate financial risks.

You will be required to develop tools and create workflow and reporting to support the onshore and offshore team, in accordance with technical, financial control & audit requirements.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of a visit to an office once a month.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide management information for business performance monitoring.

  • Develop controls and management information.

  • Produce robust assessments of the performance and adherence to required SLA’s and financial mitigation.

  • Data mining, extraction, manipulation, presentation to all relevant stakeholders

  • Recommend and deliver operational & technical process or system enhancements to support delivery.

  • Attend external audits and meet expectations.

  • Manage and track performance of offshore team in India.

  • Build and manage relationship with our external industry partners to achieve business goals.

  • Support the team with technical consultancy across their range of operations and software, including SAS EG, R Studio, Hadoop, MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Azure Databricks, DB Visualizer & SQL

Experience Required:

  • Experience in data analysis

  • Experience in developing controls and management information dashboard.

  • Highly proficient in using SAP.

  • Experience in using software such as SAS EG, R Studio, Hadoop, MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Azure Databricks, DB Visualizer & SQL would be beneficial but not essential.
