Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Our 27-month Marketing Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career and support your development into a truly well-rounded marketing professional. Through three rotations across Centrica’s well-known brands: British Gas, Hive, Centrica Business solutions or Local Heroes to name just a few.

We will give you the opportunity to gain experience in live projects within high-profile roles across Marketing, Product and Propositions, so your responsibilities could range from interpreting research and insights to come up with innovative product ideas, to building out full propositions, all the way to taking them to market and planning the marketing channel and campaign strategy to promote them. Once launched you will be responsible for closely monitoring and measuring their performance, so continual optimisations can be made to drive value for the business.

You will gain a Level 4 Marketing Apprentice qualification and also develop a number of skills while on programme such as:

• Project management

• Campaign strategy and delivery

• Brand management

• Research and insight gathering

• Content creation

• Creative briefing

• Product/proposition development

• Marketing automation

Throughout the programme, you will be provided with an unparalleled level of support with access to buddies, mentors, and experienced line managers, as well as having a ready-made network of graduates across the business to tap into.

We have a few must-haves:

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)

• Willingness to relocate within the UK to make the most of the opportunities we offer

• In the office a minimum of 2 days a week

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

• Have the right to work in the UK

• Available to start your graduate programme on 1st October 2024
