We know how important learning is! An exciting opportunity to join our innovative first class L&D Team! As the Learning Programme Delivery Lead you'll be responsible for Group wide learning plans, managing internal design and delivery, and ensuring the delivery resource requirements are on time and budget.

You'll be a strong advocate for self-led learning, promoting a learning culture, whilst continuing to shape and evolve our internal and external learning activities.

  • Salary: Competitive + bonus + private health care

  • Location - UK flexible, with travel as required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and communicate year on year learner facing Group Wide L&D learning plans, inclusive of group wide learning programmes, live learning events, large scale digital content launches

  • Build and manage the internal design and delivery required to ensure all actions are completed to ensure successful delivery of the Group Wide L&D Learning Plan

  • Manage internal and external design and delivery resource capacity plans ensuring all agree work is completed to time and budget

  • Assess the quality of internal and external facilitation against Centrica group learning delivery standards, provide feedback and manage external relationships accordingly

  • Create, manage the implementation and report on Continuous Improvement activities for both internal and external learning activity

  • Promote a learning culture by promoting our learning programmes, as well as advocating self-led learning and role modelling self-development tools and approach

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business units, their culture, needs and challenges, to be able to bring the learning to life through examples that are relevant to the learner’s context

  • Build and maintain networks outside of Centrica to keep a pace with the latest learning trends and external good practice

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Several years' experience as a Learning and Development Project Manager

  • Demonstrable experience in facilitating learning activities for adults both face to face and on-line

  • Demonstrable analytical and reporting skills, as well as learning design skills

  • Demonstrable ability to define critical paths for product launches

  • Demonstrable experience in managing delegates through learning programmes

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • A positive, flexible, and creative attitude with a growth mindset

  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs

  • Highly organised, with the ability manage own time, travel and administration effectively and efficiently

  • Strong understanding of visual representation

  • Strong MS Office Skills
