About the role

A Business Operations Associate is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of services to clients. This includes ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations, and that delivery teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Specific responsibilities may include:

- Managing operations teams and ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure that services meet or exceed their expectations

- Defining and implementing business operations processes and procedures

- Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget

- Identifying and managing risks associated with business operations

- Continuously monitoring and improving service delivery performance

- Managing the financial aspects of service delivery, including revenue and profitability

- Communicating effectively with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure

that services are aligned with overall company goals and strategies.

Requirements

The Business Operations Associate should have a strong background in service delivery, as well as experience managing teams and projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a strong customer-focus.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business management or computer science, is typically required.
