Currently we’re on the lookout for a RECRUITMENT MARKETING / EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST to join the team! The purpose of this role is to work with our awesome customer base to drive recruitment marketing efforts & employer brand strategies to support their hiring and attraction activities.
Whilst our Talent Partners are busy finding them great hires, you’ll be helping our customers boost their candidate attraction capabilities and then creating the content to support your efforts.
You might have some recruitment, talent acquisition or employer branding experience already or perhaps you’re looking to make a move into your first in-house role. Either way, if you’re passionate about recruitment, employer branding and EVP, you’re in the right place!
The role itself will be broad, varied and highly impactful. Here’s where your time will be focused:
- Creating recruitment marketing campaigns
- Building creative talent attraction strategies
- Innovation and creating better process
- Creating repeatable processes
- Continuous improvement of tech / tools
- Helping bring the strategy to life through content creation e.g. careers websites and social media posts (good working knowledge of social media helps)
- Communicating with customer stakeholders throughout the process (great communication skills, both verbal and written is important!)
Initially you’ll work closely with our Talent Brand & Marketing Manager to wow our customers with recruitment marketing & employer branding support. Over time, you’ll own the process and shape it as you see fit as our offering continues to evolve.
