As a TAM at Camunda, you will be a member of a fast-growing global team that is part of our larger Customer Success organization. As a TAM, you ensure that our customers are capable of realizing value with our products and you will be the primary contact and trusted advisor for all technical matters that focus on strategic adoption.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Enable our customers to realize value by guiding them along their journey with Camunda from first project to scaled adoption. Provide best practices during the initial setup phase and during later evolution stages, develop and drive the execution of technical roadmaps, perform regular technical health checks, provide an elevated support experience and design enablement plans that are tailored to the needs of your accounts.
Establish long term relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts and act as the voice of your customer within the organization
Collaborate with the account team on the strategic development of your accounts in order to drive adoption and expansion
Contribute to internal projects that aim at improving our services and the overall customer experience
What You Bring:
Ability and/or willingness to use our product
At least 3 years experience as a Technical Account Manager or a similar role
Experience in Enterprise Software Development for example
Hands on experience with at least one high-level programming language (Java, C#, Python, ..) and its enterprise software frameworks
Good understanding of state-of the art Solution Architectures as well as their associated paradigms.
Understanding of DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes
A proven aptitude for strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and tailoring software solutions to meet unique customer challenges and requirements.
Hands-on experience in providing advisory services to technical and business stakeholders with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Proven track record in building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders on all seniority levels.
Fluency in German and English
Willingness to spend time on-site with your accounts (depending on account assignments, up to 50% during certain periods)
Nice to haves:
Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, robotic process automation, or related fields
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are an asset

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
United States: $134,200 to $201,300
Germany: €89,300.00 to €133,900
United Kingdom: £87,000.00 to £130,400.00
Singapore: S$166,600.00 to S$249,900.00
