Job Description

Why this job matters

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, DevSecOps methodologies, and end-to-end application lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be capable for creating, securing, automating, and operating cloud infrastructure and applications. This role also requires hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) release management and Adobe Cloud Service administration, along with Kubernetes administration.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS/ECR, S3, WAF, AWS Certificate Manager, Route 53, Cognito, and Elastic Load Balancers.
• Define, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and compliance best practices across AWS environments.
• Manage AEM release processes and administer Adobe Cloud Services to ensure stable and reliable deployments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/ Pulumi (typescript) to support automated and reproducible deployments.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace, and manage incident response and on-call operations through PagerDuty.
• Administer and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools, including GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Help the development and deployment of end-to-end applications using Node.js and Java to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based solutions.
• Administer Kubernetes clusters in both production and non-production environments, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing upgrades and patches for containerized applications.

The skills you’ll need

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud security best practices.
• Proficiency in serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway) and containerized platforms (ECS, ECR).
• Experience with AEM release management and Adobe Cloud Service administration.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform/Pulumi.
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools, including Dynatrace and PagerDuty.
• Demonstrate experience managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Proficiency in deploying and helping Node.js and Java-based applications.
• Strong understanding of AWS security services, including WAF, Certificate Manager, Cognito, and load balancing solutions.
• Excellent methodical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Experience designing and helping multi-region, high-availability AWS architectures.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes platforms and container orchestration best practices.
