As Security Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing BT's strategic relationships with some of the world's leading cybersecurity vendors. Acting as the primary point of contact between BT and its key security partners, you'll shape joint business plans, develop go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth across BT's cybersecurity portfolio.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting at the intersection of partnerships, sales, product and marketing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Lead partner enablement activities, including training programmes, proposition launches and co-selling initiatives.
  • Identify and activate new commercial opportunities through partner-led campaigns and innovation initiatives.
  • Work with marketing teams to create compelling partner propositions and demand generation activity.
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution and business outcomes.
  • Represent BT in partner forums, executive reviews and industry events.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience in partner management, strategic alliances or cybersecurity sales, with a strong understanding of the UK cybersecurity market.
  • Experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies with technology vendors, systems integrators or managed service providers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience working with cybersecurity vendors such as CrowdStrike, Illumio or similar market-leading security providers.
  • Experience leading partner enablement, co-selling initiatives and demand generation programmes.
  • Experience within cybersecurity partnerships, channel sales or strategic alliance management.
