Why this job matters?

As a Sales Training Professional, you'll play a crucial role in equipping our sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. You'll deliver targeted learning interventions across multiple sales channels, focusing on customer-centric approaches and driving individual and team performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering induction and skills development training tailored to sales teams' needs.
  • Establishing effective relationships across L&D teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving learning practices and evolving with changing demands.
  • Balancing time effectively between delivery, preparation, and coaching support.
  • Coaching learners and managers to embed learning and drive performance.

Skills required for the job

  • Strong facilitation skills with confidence to manage a class of delegates.
  • Effective time management and prioritization to meet business needs.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and agility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in learning principles, data interpretation, and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of BT products and systems used by BT Business.

Experience you’d be expected to have

  • Proven track record of delivering training programs to frontline staff and managers.
  • Consistently high performer within BT with the potential to excel as a facilitator.
