What you’ll be doing

As a Principal Software Engineer, you’ll be part of Brit’s Innovation Team - a function dedicated to building and partnering to develop leading software products and ML/AI/LLM capabilities to our business. We work in an autonomous function with full scope to innovate – and a significant allocated budget for R&D. We work closely with the Executive Committee (CXO’s) to ensure our products align strategically in the business. We build software products, and partner with start-ups and scale-ups, to introduce cutting edge tech/analytic solutions into the business.

In this role, you’ll combine your extensive (Python) experience with delivering new and exciting products with the ability to support, coach, and inspire those around you – not just with Innovation, but throughout Brit Tech & Data.
