What you’ll be doing

Being a qualified Actuary, you’ll be supporting the Head of Actuarial Analytics - Risk within a developing team in delivering the development, improvement and recalibration of pricing tools as well as being a key point of contact across functions in developing and maintaining the pricing process and pricing platforms.

Using your expert knowledge, you’ll deliver creative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems across functional areas for relevant classes/divisions as well as aid in the management of team resources to meet agreed deadlines, delivering on a range of tasks and ensuring appropriate upwards management, including identifying any resource issues as appropriate.

You’ll communicate the key insights and recommendations from pricing algorithm reviews, including any uncertainties & limitations, to key stakeholders, including underwriting, working with the underwriting, analytical and Actuarial SME teams to ensure models are appropriate and add value to the risk selection process.
