What you’ll be doing
As Head of Regulatory Reporting, you'll lead the delivery of all regulatory reporting requirements for Lloyd's and the Bermuda Monetary Authority, while overseeing the production of statutory accounts for Brit Syndicates. You'll be a key member of the Finance Senior Management Team, helping to shape finance strategy, drive continuous improvement and support the achievement of wider business objectives.
You'll provide leadership to both onshore and offshore regulatory reporting teams, ensuring all regulatory submissions and statutory accounts are delivered accurately and on time. Acting as the senior voice of Regulatory Reporting across the business, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider organisation, while partnering with auditors, regulators and industry bodies.
The role offers significant scope to influence change. You'll identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, strengthen controls, improve efficiency and help the business adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. You'll also play an important role in developing and mentoring team members, creating a high-performing environment that encourages growth and innovation.
