What you’ll be doing
As Head of Engineering, you’ll report directly into the CTO, and be a champion of our software engineering culture. You’ll have responsibility for managing development teams to enable digital underwriting and data driven culture. To succeed, you will work across the entire organisation and engage with senior stakeholders, product owners, delivery managers architecture and PMO teams.
In recent years, technology at Brit has dramatically changed with the focus moving into the cloud (Azure) and to programmes involving Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Our technology services, support, infrastructure, and security teams firmly keep our feet on the ground and at the forefront of both advancing and protecting our business.
