What you’ll be doing

You’ll be welcomed into our highly experienced, award-winning claims department within a small and highly collaborative team in UK Property as Claims Adjuster dealing with complex claims (outside delegated authority) and managing relations with our TPA’s. As a key member of the team, dealing with interesting and varied claims, you’ll likely learn something new everyday and will have our full support to build on your existing expertise within London market UK Property claims.

Your professional and personal development is a priority for us and as such you’ll have ample opportunity to further your experience and knowledge with some Liability claims and into our Private Clients area with a growing book. We’d also like you to begin (or continue) study for ACII qualification and a comprehensive study package awaits you.

A day in the life…

A varied role allowing you to make some elements your own and take it to the next level. You’ll provide the effective adjustment of claims within the relevant portfolio and assist the Senior Adjuster to report on loss ratios to the claims management team and underwriters.
Dealing with coverholder’s on claims issues when appropriate, whilst effectively liaising with brokers and third parties in the adjustment of claims in line with company strategy and regulatory and legal compliance.
You’ll also be involved in the management of our Third Party Administrator’s, which may include adhoc onsite visits.
