What you’ll be doing

You’ll showcase your existing Business Analysis skills in this varied, ever- developing and changing role. Working closely with the Claims Change Initiative Manager eliciting and interpreting the needs of the Claims Department, you’ll convert requirements into efficient and effective business solutions. This will include an analysis of ‘where we are today’, ‘where we want to be’, and ‘how we are going to get there’.

Our Claims teams are recognised as innovative and ground-breaking within the market. You’ll therefore have ample opportunity to put forward ideas and gain recognition both internally and externally. You’ll ideally benefit from some previous work experience within the Insurance industry and proficiency with vital systems, including Visio, would be highly advantageous. However, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your experience, gain qualifications and knowledge in this area are the overriding requirements for success in this role.
