What you’ll be doing

You'll be working closely with the Claims Change Initiative Manager to elicit and interpret the needs of the Claims Department and convert these into efficient and effective business solutions. You'll be responsible for interpreting the needs of the business and provide areas of converting them into deliverable business designs and change objectives. This includes an analysis of ‘where we are today’, ‘where we want to be’, and ‘how we are going to get there’. In addition they will generally take the lead on analysis and delivery of the their own project(s).

Our Claims teams are recognised as innovative and ground-breaking within the market. As a Business Analyst, you’ll therefore have ample opportunity to put forward ideas and gain recognition both internally and externally. You’ll ideally benefit from some previous work experience within the Insurance industry and proficiency with vital systems, including Visio, would be highly advantageous. However, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your experience, gain qualifications and knowledge in this area are the overriding requirements for success in this role.
