What you will be doing

You’ll join us as a Qualified Actuary who will apply their expert knowledge to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems and to assist the Group Actuaries for Pricing, Reserving, and Insurance Risk. In this varied role, you will be the key point of contact for the relevant Underwriting teams as well as supporting other Group functions in respect of the provision of actuarial pricing and business planning activities, reserving, insurance risk and other actuarial related activity.

Our Actuarial team empower underwriters to make better, data-driven decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the casualty treaty underwriting team, delivering insights through underwriting performance analysis, individual account pricing reviews and development of pricing model methodologies & parameters. The role offers unrivalled exposure to key internal stakeholders including senior underwriting management and colleagues from across Claims, Finance & Risk and will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden your industry knowledge and influence key strategic decisions.
