Your Mission 💪
Join our dynamic team at boxxe as a Buyer and play a crucial role in our central Procurement function. Your primary responsibility will be to source products and services, ensuring the best possible prices without compromising on quality or service. In this integral role, you will collaborate closely with various departments such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to internal controls. As a vital member of the Procurement team, you will contribute to the overall success of boxxe by delivering exceptional value and playing a key role in our organizational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing 🎯
- Source goods/services, meeting operational needs, considering risks, prices, quality, and delivery targets.
- Negotiate for maximum margins, securing optimal pricing agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain supplier relationships for excellent customer service.
- Validate quotes/bids, identify cost savings, prioritize purchases from preferred suppliers.
- Support Sales and Customers in deals, enhancing customer experience and demonstrating value.
- Identify and address process problems, recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Senior Buyer for new sourcing strategies.
- Ensure accurate updates of purchase order information in systems.
- Provide support and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with boxxe guidelines, purchasing policies, and Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Stay informed about changes affecting products and services.
- Develop expertise in a specialized product set area.
