Your Mission 💪

As a valuable member, your main mission is to bolster customer relationships through daily interactions and assistance. Collaborating closely with our Account Managers, you'll be instrumental in crafting outstanding customer experiences. Your role involves maintaining specialized processes and procedures, making you a true ambassador for boxxe. With your top-notch communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and superb organization, you'll shine as a team player. How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨

Your contributions are central to crafting exceptional customer experiences, working closely with our Account Managers to achieve this. With your keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and impeccable organizational prowess, you are a valuable team player and a true ambassador for boxxe. Expect to embark on a journey of growth and development with specialized training under the guidance of our internal sales team. Your presence not only strengthens our team but also enhances our commitment to customer excellence.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

  • Creating new quotes and follow up on existing quotes
  • Liaising with vendors for pricing and quote queries
  • Provide suppliers with updates on quote progress.
  • Processing POs/Orders and handling queries
  • Liaising with customers/internal teams/partners
  • Tenders and contract admin
  • NetSuite/System admin
  • Register, update and revalidate DRs
  • Customer engagement via phone and email when required
