Job Description

That's why we seek a passionate Operations Coordinator to join us within our Microsoft Team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of Microsoft agreements from creation to purchasing and renewal. With in house training, you will become an expert in navigating Microsoft's licensing portals and provide support to boxxe's customers, resolving any licensing challenges they face.

Your Mission 💪

As a member of the Microsoft Operations team, you play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Microsoft business unit. Your responsibilities include facilitating the purchase, renewal, and creation of licensing agreements for Microsoft products and services. Working closely with licensing and solutions experts, you spearhead the operational side of customer engagements. With your skills and knowledge, you help effectively negotiate and execute multi-million-pound contracts. Overall, you coordinate the day-to-day activities that enable our unit to deliver Microsoft solutions and meet customer needs. Your operational leadership is key to achieving our business goals.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨

You will join a diverse group of subject matter experts that drive boxxe's growth. Microsoft technology is central to our business and generates a substantial portion of our revenue. Your team includes specialists across software, hardware, services, solutions architecture, and proposal writing. Together, you will be at the forefront of executing boxxe's Microsoft strategy and managing key customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

  • Purchasing Microsoft licenses through various volume licensing models
  • Managing to report consumption-based licensing such as Microsoft CSP and Azure programs
  • Reserving licenses with Microsoft for enterprise agreement programs
  • Working with our specialists to create new contracts for customers
  • Ensuring all internal agreement information is up to date.
  • Creation of customer and internal price files
  • Triggering internal processes around renewal and anniversaries
  • Ensuring boxxe can purchase in the most efficient available currency
  • Assisting customers with agreement and entitlement queries
  • Guiding customers around Microsoft portals
  • Supporting billing and invoicing queries
