What you’ll be doing 🎯
- Collaborate with account managers for a seamless customer experience in technology transformation.
- Identify and advance sales opportunities aligning with boxxe's capabilities.
- Proactively manage renewals, create clear proposals, and maintain service quality.
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Schedule presentations, understand diverse business needs, and apply product knowledge.
- Maintain an accurate sales opportunity forecast in collaboration with the account manager.
- Ensure accurate CRM records for customers and prospects
