This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver, BC office 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs).

What You'll Do :

• Lead the creation, improvement, and maintenance of e-learning content for Boomi Agentstudio including Agent Designer, Control Tower, and related usage. (Agentstudio is Boomi’s platform for building and orchestrating AI-powered agents)Assist in the creation, improvement and maintenance of e-learning content for Boomi Integration features, functions, usage.

• Guide the overall strategy and roadmap for Boomi Agentstudio and assist in the strategy for Boomi Integration e-learning.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and subject matter experts to gather information and distill complex concepts into clear, accurate content outlines, storyboards, and source materials.

• Define and document learning objectives, content outlines, and proposed learner pathways for new e-learning modules.

• Work hand-in-hand with the Instructional Design team by providing well-structured content, technical context, and review throughout the development process.

• Stay up to date with Boomi product enhancements and industry trends, ensuring e-learning content remains current and relevant.

• Incorporate feedback and learner analytics to drive ongoing improvement of digital learning resources.

• Deliver live virtual or in-person training sessions as needed.
  

The Experience You Bring :

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical systems, tools, or platforms and translate them into clear, engaging learning experiences.

• Experience creating or leading the development of e-learning content or technical training materials for software products or platforms.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to break down complex workflows into logical learning pathways.

• Excellent written communication skills; able to distill and structure technical information into clean, learner-friendly content outlines and documentation.

• Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and validate content.

• Familiarity with modern e-learning formats and practices; comfortable providing source material and guidance to instructional designers.

• Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple content development projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience with integration, automation, or AI technologies—or a strong interest in learning them.

• Experience delivering live instruction or webinars for technical topics.

Bonus Points If You Have :

• Experience developing technical enablement or e-learning content for SaaS platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software.

• Exposure to integration platforms, API management, automation tools, or AI agent frameworks (Boomi experience is a strong plus).

• Familiarity with common e-learning tools, content development workflows, and collaboration with instructional designers or LMS teams.

• Background in technical writing, developer education, product enablement, or software documentation.

• Prior experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Technical SMEs.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, especially for technical audiences.

• Experience delivering live training or speaking at webinars, or internal enablement sessions.
