Position Title: Senior Quality Engineer (Multiple Positions Available)

Location: 1 W Elm Street, Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428

Hours: 40 hours per week

Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the US.

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software according to Agile methodologies. Work with product management, other engineering teams, customer success and support on developing cutting edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Boomi offerings. Be a key member of an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through the

software development lifecycle. Guide and participate in design, development testing, and deployment of Boomi products and services including enhancements and resolution of reported issues. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues. Work independently with a minimal level of guidance from technical leadership. Mentor other Boomi Quality Engineers, including design collaboration and test reviews. Actively work towards scaling the product domain teams. Gather information to help formulate acceptance criteria; serve as a user advocate, and be comfortable challenging and discussing the intent of stories to surface edge cases and improve outcomes. Contribute to manual and automated testing suite to ensure future software stability.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree, in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related occupation.

Alternatively, Master’s degree, or foreign degree, in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience:

• Performing web application testing using Selenium WebDriver;

• Performance testing using Jmeter;

• Using Cypress or Playwright web testing framework;

• Testing Pulsar or similar server-to-server messaging system;

• Using Java, source control systems (Bitbucket) and continuous integration tools (Bamboo and Jenkins);

• Agile collaboration tool (JIRA or Confluence);

• Web Services technologies and Playwright Automation Framework;

• Working within Linux/Unix environments;

• Working with highly scalable, high throughput web applications and backend systems;

• Using AWS technologies, including Cloudformation, S3, ECS, EKS, or EC2;

• Using SQL, relational database systems (MySQL), and ORM tools;

• Caching capabilities; and

• Working with Application Performance Management tools.
