As the Senior Manager over Boomi's Web Team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our boomi.com web presence, from strategy and development to maintenance and optimization. You will lead a talented team of Web Developers and Designers, working closely with cross-functional teams to align boomi.com initiatives with business goals and user needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with well-developed leadership skills and a passion for delivering a .high-quality digital experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy aligned with company objectives, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of web developers, designers, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Web Development: Oversee the planning, design, and development of websites and web applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, usability guidelines, and SEO best practices
• User Experience (UX) Optimization: Drive continuous improvement of the user experience across all digital touchpoints, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform decision-making
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to support business objectives through web initiatives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
• Website Performance: Monitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance site speed, reliability, and accessibility
• Budget Management: Manage the web development budget successfully, optimizing resource allocation and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure website compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, ADA) and implement robust security measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on web development progress, key metrics, and strategic recommendations

The experience you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in web development, with a proven track record of leadership in a managerial or director-level role
• Deep proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
• Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and responsive design
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) and SEO techniques
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully across departments
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Bonus points if you have:

• Master’s degree
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $138,320 - $207,480 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
