How you'll make an impact:
As Manager, Global OEM Partnerships at Boomi, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and market adoption through the development of strategic partnerships with leading software companies. This global role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in forming and managing successful OEM partners.
In this role, you'll be responsible for directly managing a team of individual contributors responsible for identifying, recruiting, signing and growing OEM partnerships to achieve revenue targets. You’ll define and execute the overall OEM partnership strategy, set the direction for the OEM team, and represent the OEM business needs to key internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and partner success.
This role will be based out of North America, with expectation to travel as needed.
What you'll do:

Direct the efforts of the team towards achieving revenue targets and strategic goals for the OEM business

Identify trends/opportunities in the partner ecosystem and leads the development of strategic plans and programs to address those opportunities

Build and execute the overall OEM partner business plan and regularly measure performance against the plan

Direct the annual and quarterly revenue forecasts and results

Collaborate with Partner Success to ensure partners’ success and identify growth opportunities within our existing partner base

Work in conjunction with Product and Partner Marketing to build awareness of Boomi’s OEM business and capabilities

Manage hiring for the team and maintains an environment that fosters collaboration, team work, and results, all with a focus on partner success

Responsible for career development/planning and performance, performance and pay discussions of team members.
The experience you bring:

Experience leading a team to the successful achievement of specific sales or business development goals
-
Demonstrable history of exceeding quota and partner satisfaction metrics.

8+ years in the software technology industry

5+ years sales, business development or alliance management experience

Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and operating in a faced-paced, fluid environment

Strong analytical competencies, with a willingness to dig into the details

An ability identify and champion win-win scenarios

A team player with a proven capability to collaborate and work across all levels of the organization

Technical aptitude/acumen

A capacity to clearly communicate and present information

Must have a BA/BS degree

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this role begins at $132,000 annually with On Target Earnings (OTE) of 60% base, and 40% commission. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
