Integrated Marketing Intern Worktype: Remote and On-site (Hybrid). 3 days a week in office, 2 days at home Duration: 4 months (Full-Time), May 11, 2026 - Aug 28, 2026 Location: Vancouver, BC How you'll make an impact: Boomi is seeking a high-energy Integrated Marketing Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who wants to sit at the intersection of Content Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Operations, and Project Management (PMO). As an intern, you will work cross-functionally to ensure our brand narrative, product messaging and demand motions are consistent across all touchpoints of the buyer’s journey—from top-of-funnel awareness to revenue conversion. This role reports into the Integrated Marketing team but serves as a central hub connecting all 16 marketing functions. What you'll do: 1. Content Strategy & Omni-channel Execution
- Assist in the development of high-value content assets (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and social snippets) tailored to specific buyer personas.
- Ensure all content aligns with Boomi’s integrated program themes, maintaining a consistent "voice" across digital, social, and demand generation channels.
- Repurpose "hero" content into modular assets for regional marketing teams to drive global scalability.
2. PMO & Campaign Orchestration
- Apply project management principles to track the lifecycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met across creative, web, and operations teams.
- Maintain the marketing editorial calendar and project trackers, providing visibility into campaign status for executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate "sprint" check-ins between Product Marketing and Integrated Programs to resolve bottlenecks in asset production.
3. Market Intelligence & Performance Analytics
- Conduct competitive content audits and market research to identify whitespace opportunities for Boomi’s messaging.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to monitor the full-funnel performance of integrated campaigns, identifying which content pieces are successfully nurturing leads into the pipeline.
- Present data-driven recommendations to optimize underperforming assets or channels.
4. Digital Brand Stewardship
- Support the management of Boomi’s digital footprint, ensuring the website and social platforms reflect the latest integrated program messaging.
- Collaborate on SEO/SEM keyword strategies to ensure content is discoverable and aligned with current market trends.
The experience you'll bring:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Management, or Engineering/Computer Science.
- Strategic Writing: Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on storytelling and "humanizing" B2B technology.
- Organizational Prowess: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) or tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet) is a significant plus.
- Integrated Mindset: Understanding of how content, SEO, social media, and paid media work together to create a unified customer experience.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in AI productivity tools, and a quick learner of marketing automation/analytics platforms.
- Collaboration: A "bridge-builder" personality capable of working across diverse teams (Product, Sales, and Operations).
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate of pay will range from CAD $17.40 - CAD $23 / Hour. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
