About the role

We provide management consultancy services to our customers in a wide variety of roles, delivering business transformation and complex programmes. We are keen to hear from applicants who have acquired experience within Project, Programme and Portfolio Management and Controls, who are now looking to grow these skills further within a diverse and dynamic environment. We do not expect you to be the finished product, with extensive experience under your belt, as you will have lots of opportunity to develop your expertise with us. Your previous experience might include development and maintenance of P3M processes including planning and scheduling, RAIDO management, analysis and reporting as well as some knowledge of recognised P3M frameworks, methodologies and tools. You should also have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a forward-leaning approach to problem solving.

Please note - current security clearance at SC level is essential and we are unable to consider applications without it. You will need to hold UK Nationality to obtain SC.

In terms of location, we have offices in Bath and Bristol, and we are happy to explore flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Please note that travel to customer sites or to attend meetings will be required. This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. We want the best people for our roles and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.

About you

You will have demonstrable practical experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management and/or Controls with some experience of working in a business transformation, change management or delivery project environment in Defence, Government and Infrastructure, Justice and Security domains.

Experience of working in a client team to influence strategic decision makers and deliver practical solutions is desirable, as is an understanding of the importance of soft skills within Management Consultancy.

Experience of working within an end-to-end service orientated delivery environment is also desirable.

Ideally you will be a member, or seeking to become a member, of an appropriate professional body and have a desire for further professional development.
