About the role
Blexr is seeking a Head of Product Design and Research for a fixed term contract for maternity leave cover (9 months). This is a full-time position and will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As the Head of the UX chapter in Blexr, you will be the person responsible for the user experience of all Blexr's products, and in charge of all product design and research team activities, from strategy and research to production.
You have deep care about users and a passion for the user experience craft. You have a strong UX vision and know how to foment a user-centric culture at a company level and across multiple departments.
You'll manage and coach a team of talented designers and researchers who will follow your guidance, helping them to maintain and improve the existing processes and tools needed to be successful in their discovery and delivery work.
