What you'll be doing as our Sales Ops Manager 💼

We’re looking for our first Sales Operations manager to help us use data and strategy to inform our sales team, so we sell more efficiently and effectively.

As the SOM at Bippit, you’ll have ownership of the Sales Ops function, and we hope you find that both exciting and challenging. We encourage high levels of responsibility and autonomy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data and Analytics - Support the sales team with process improvement, own the measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to functional areas & key sales metrics
  • Process Improvement - Enhance the team’s productivity by streamlining current processes, and introducing new best of class ones
  • Effectiveness - Work with marketing to analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Sales Support - Work closely with SDRs and AEs to help contribute to developing deals - identify any issues and solutions in advance
  • Planning - Define weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives for the sales team & partner with Sales Leaders to create sales forecasting models
  • Education - Develop sales-related resource documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies, and refine a plan for upsells and cross-sells with

  • Experience using and managing sales tools - Hubspot experience is a must
  • Building out reporting, creating sales Ops processes and managing dashboards
  • Influence over strategic direction and sales goals
  • Data and Analytics - including creating and managing dashboards, wider team report and result effectiveness
  • Ideally experience within a startup / scale up with a proven track record for success
