Job Description

1. Establece políticas de inventario alineados con la estrategia

2. Colabora en la resolución de problemas de capacidad con proveedores - i'global sourcing"

3. Promueve la colaboración en negociaciones regionales (Servicios Indirectos)

4. Asegura alcanzar el objetivo en métricos del departamento de Compras

5. Robustece y promueve el desarrollo de herramientas de trabajo y procedimientos.

6. Asigna el balance de proveedores por categoría de producto.

7. Asegura la correcta implementación de Proyectos de transferencia - NPI (Phase in -Phase out)

8. Implementa TIER 1 como método de comunicación oficial para la escalación en tiempo.
