Quality Assurance Auditor | BD Singapore (Tuas)

Join a global healthcare leader and help ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety.

At BD, we're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to support incoming material inspections, supplier quality management, and GMP compliance within our manufacturing operations in Tuas.

What You'll Do

• Perform incoming inspections of materials and components against specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

• Review supplier documentation, including COAs, COCs, and test reports.

• Identify, investigate, and escalate quality issues and non-conformances.

• Manage quality notifications, material quarantine, and release activities.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and support internal and external audits.

• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Support supplier qualification projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and Kaizen activities.

• Utilize SAP and quality systems to ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or regulated industries preferred.

• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, ISO/QMS requirements, and SAP is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
