Job Description

1 - Apoiar a execução dos planos de marketing LATAM, garantindo cronogramas, entregáveis, responsáveis e alinhamento com as prioridades regionais e dos hubs. 2 - Coordenar o fluxo de submissão, revisão e aprovação de materiais promocionais, clínicos e educacionais no Veeva, acompanhando status, versões, validade e SLAs. 3 - Atuar como ponto operacional entre Marketing, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal e Compliance para viabilizar conteúdos e iniciativas dentro das políticas corporativas. 4 - Organizar e manter a biblioteca regional de materiais aprovados, incluindo traduções, adaptações locais, controle de versões e disponibilização em plataformas como Showpad e Litmos. 5 - Apoiar campanhas digitais e comerciais, desde o briefing e desenvolvimento de assets até a implementação, monitoramento dos KPIs e consolidação dos resultados. 6 - Coordenar a execução operacional de congressos, workshops, advisory boards, programas educacionais, reuniões de ciclo e eventos regionais, incluindo fornecedores e logística. 7 - Apoiar o plano de engajamento de KOLs e speakers, controlando documentação, materiais, agendas e interface com as áreas responsáveis pelos processos de contratação e compliance. 8 - Controlar o orçamento de marketing, POs, pagamentos, accruals e forecast de despesas, mantendo visibilidade mensal por projeto, país, plataforma e centro de custo. 9 - Consolidar o calendário regional de marketing e facilitar as rotinas de integração entre Marketing regional, hubs, área Comercial, Clinical e Digital. 10 - Apoiar a construção e atualização de playbooks, ferramentas de vendas, materiais de lançamento, campanhas e propostas de valor alinhadas à estratégia regional. 11 - Consolidar inteligência competitiva e feedbacks dos países sobre concorrência, preço, produto, tendências e necessidades de materiais, direcionando os insights aos líderes de Marketing e Negócio. 12 - Preparar sumários de execução e apresentações de acompanhamento das iniciativas de marketing, evidenciando status, investimento, KPIs, riscos e próximos passos.
