Job Description
Description
13 – 17 April 2026
Participants in work experience at Brough will be gaining an overview of the company and the Air Sector, by taking part in sessions hosted by a variety of engineering teams based at this site. Teams will deliver tasks within these sessions for participants as well as giving presentations on the work they do, with some interactive demos of equipment which they use. Participants will be completing a week long project which will be presented at the end to parents/carers/a selection of our engineers – the knowledge they pick up throughout the week will feed directly into this project. Students will also get the opportunity to network with BAE staff, apprentices and graduates, and spend time with the Early Careers team discussing the opportunities available to them.
Applications to close approximately 8 weeks before the programme begins. However, they may close earlier if high volumes of applications are received – we recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
