Role Description:

We are currently looking for a Toolstore Coordinator to join our team based in Williamtown, NSW.

As a Toolstore Coordinator, you will be responsible for Support Equipment and Tooling supply and logistics operations in accordance with company standard and procedures and any respective customer service agreement/s.

Core Duties:

• Coordinate and expedite Support and Test Equipment (S&TE) across the site to ensure timely aircraft maintenance support.
• Manage the Tool Store and tool control systems, including maintenance and repair of Composite Tool Kits and Aircraft Tooling.
• Assist the Calibration Coordinator and Support Equipment Team for servicing and calibration of S&TE.
• Distribute tools and equipment to support agencies, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
• Assist technicians with the management and distribution of calibrated equipment while maintaining site housekeeping and safety standards.

About You

• Defence industry experience or an automotive background would be highly regarded.Proven self-management ability with initiative to deliver outputs on time, to quality and cost standards
• Intermediate MS Office skills and capacity to learn new systems (e.g., Ultramain, ALIS)
• Previous trade qualification or forklift licence will be highly regarded.
• Ability to work 38 hour week, Monday to Friday from 6:30am until 2:40pm.
• Have strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and deliver on commitments.
