Job Title: Site and Facilities Associate

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. On-Site

Salary: £29,667 + depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting project engineers with project plans
• Assisting in spends and forecasting documentation
• Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms with some meeting attendance and undertaking meeting minutes
• Arranging Security for external site visits and contractors working on site
• Producing and maintaining department documentation
• Acting as a liaison between different project stakeholders

Your skills and experiences:

• Good IT & MS Office skills / experience
• Communication & collaborations skills
• Organizational skills
• Experience within office an office environment (such as office administrator, office manager etc.)

The Site & Facilities team:

Joining the wider major project team, you will be assisting and supporting the team in Operations, Fabrication & Manufacturing, supporting project delivery for ongoing Boat programmes. This is an opportunity to gain progression, leading projects in the future whilst gaining a deeper understanding of the construction activities on-site.
