Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £47,683+

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting monthly reviews of contract performance, including analysis of KPIs and customer briefings
  • Managing and monitoring cost performance to ensure budget compliance and efficiency
  • Engaging and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain alignment and address concerns
  • Developing Project Management Plans and ensure effective delivery of project objectives

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

  • Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and align internal departments and external partners
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, and relationship management
  • Capable of handling conflict resolution and negotiation

Desirable

  • Understanding of project cost life cycle (budgeting, forecasting, tracking, variance analysis)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Experience with procurement processes, POs, and invoicing workflows

The PM team:

As a part of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for spares and repairs the Germany Italy Austria Spanish Airforce, for Typhoon Eurofighter. We are business within the contract team delivering the customer interface and financial, operational needs, stakeholder and customer relations, and externally to the customer. You will be working at the forefront in service support of large, high value, technically complex and strategically important programmes. You will also have an opportunity to travel internationally.
