Responsibilities

· Carry out all required RSAF Munitions AFK Supply and general Supply tasks as required, in support of the Munitions Squadron, including Munitions accounting and forecasting.

· Advise the munitions Squadron Commander, MASO and munitions AFK Supply Shop Chief on all aspects of RSAF Munitions and RSAF General Supply.

· Performs and monitors management and procedural application of mechanized inventory control actions.

· Coordinates munitions requests with the munitions officer and munitions maintenance activities.

· Carry out all required CAD/PAD recording, forecasting action. Also carry out CAD/PAD requisition and Life Extension application action, as required.

· Perform and schedules quarterly and semi-annual reconciliation of munitions inventories.

· Prepares, analyzes and evaluates reports, procedures, policy data and training material.

· Maintains applicable munitions supply publications and all actions necessary for optimum support.

· Maintains source document control and ensures validity and completeness.

· Accomplishes requisitioning actions and maintains due-in, due-out and status files.

· Carry out munitions inventory tasks as required, including reporting and reconciliation action.

· Prepare RSAF munitions AFK Supply reports, and compile statistics, as required.

· Initiates input to add or delete excess exception codes on the item records.

· Reviews all requisitions for conventional munitions and processes maintenance activities, Issue and Turn-in Request forms.

· Obtains material required for munitions TCTO modifications and periodic component exchange.

· Prepares and processes inventory adjustment vouchers and reports of survey.

· Coordinates with maintenance activities on repairable component repair actions and identifies shortages of munitions stocks.

· Prepare RSAF munitions AFK Supply reports, and compile statistics, as required.

· Liaise with Directorate of Armament and Munitions AFK Supply, Base Supply and other Base Organizations as required.

· Develop and carry out Munitions AFK Supply OJT and Classroom Training, as required.

Job Requirements:

· Will be a supply graduate of a military or civilian school, or equivalent.

· Will have a minimum of 5 years practical experience of working within RSAF mentions Supply or 10 years within RSAF General Supply (with a good Knowledge of RSAF Munitions Supply procedures).

· Will have RSAF AKF Munitions Supply or equivalent Qualification (i.e. BAE Munitions Supply Management Course and /or have obtained RSAF AFK Munitions Skill Level -7).

· Fully conversant in both English and Arabic (Speaking /Writing).

· Be able to communicate effectively and possess a good oral and written English language level.

· Must possess a current driving license.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Analytical, driven problem solver.
