Job title: Multi-Domain Task Group Leader

Salary: £52,084 – £57,344

What you’ll be doing:

• Interfacing with our national and international customers to understand the Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and how they plan to use future products and services
• Working with the wider MDO team in BAES, national and international partners to help define and supervise studies to quantify relevant measures of effectiveness and performance for System of Systems (SoS) concepts
• Leading teams devising methods and toolsets used in the conduct of these SoS studies. Using these BAES and other Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) tools to conduct multi-Domain operational analysis studies
• Leading analysis of the output and presenting the results to inform the development and design of our MDO products and services, responsible for the analysis toolsets and capability that are used for the SoS studies
• Leading teams conducting Interoperability trials with UK and Partner Nation assets in multi-domain scenarios

Your skills and experiences:

• A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience
• Good analytical and modelling simulation
• Experienced in leading teams
• Experience in the planning and execution of feasibility studies and/or integration testing/trials
• Management of facilities
• Knowledge of Military Operations advantageous

The Interoperability and Integration team:

As a part of Interoperability and Integration team you will be, collaborating with military operators, taking part in multi-national and multi-disciplinary studies to help define and assess future MDO concepts and influence future UK, US, NATO and coalition battlespace architectures. This exciting role involves leading capability and effectiveness analyses in support of international aerospace research and technology, concept definition, product development and marketing as part of a multi-disciplinary STEM team.
