Job title: Human Resources Higher Apprentice

Location: Samlesbury and Warton

Salary: Starting from £23,748 with annual progression through the scheme duration

What you’ll be doing:

• You will give specific advice and coaching on the interpretation of people policies and provide support on people related elements of business projects
• Working across a variety of business areas, each placement will offer a unique experience, and you will support that business area to deliver their objectives through their people plan.
• You will work with stakeholders inside the HR function, other internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders as appropriate.
• The ability to communicate, influence and negotiate is key whilst adopting evidence-based decision making.
• You will use data to provide insights into people trends and issues and support colleagues and leaders in creating solutions to deal with them.

What qualification will you get?

Level 5 People Professional apprenticeship, which aligns with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for Associate Member status.

Please note you must not book any annual leave within the first 3 months of your apprenticeship. Following this, leave will be considered depending on the individual training delivery schedule and must be approved by your line manager.

Qualification requirements

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4 / A*-C which must include Maths & English

AND

72 UCAS points (or equivalent) (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level)
