Job title: Graduate Naval Ships Project Manager
Location: Broad Oak (Hampshire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
• You’ll take responsibility for ensuring that we deliver on our customer commitments at the right time, at the right cost and to the best possible quality.
• Involvement in controlling budgets and expenditure, reporting, decision making and covering the governance of change within projects.
• Managing project progress, identify emerging issues and trend, fulfilling contractual requirements and interfacing with our customers.
• You might also get involved in reviewing performance, analysing risks and informing choices to optimise project success.
• You will receive support to enable yourself to gain a breadth of skills and business experience to be a success in this field.

The Naval Ships team: we design and build offshore patrol vessels, giant aircraft carrier and provide complex warships including the Type 26 Frigate to the Royal Navy, giving the customer capability to fulfil operations around the world.

Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject.
