Job title: Graduate Air Aircraft Maintenance
Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the generation of Tactical Fleet and Maintenance Plans for the designated fleet(s).
• Supporting the planning of aircraft and component maintenance, to ensure compliance with the Operator Maintenance Programme, Mandatory requirements, applicable technical instructions, and capability embodiment programmes. Support the creation of the Statement of Work.
• Producing detailed analysis of aircraft technical performance, occurrence reporting and the results of maintenance activity to support the development of Reliability Programme(s).
• Understanding the requirements of the Military Aviation Authority Regulatory standards and how these are governed and assured in the business
• Understanding how we manage Safety, Compliance, Governance and Assurance in a military aircraft environment.

Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering Degree, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering
