Job title: Project Management Apprentice (Weapon Systems UK)
Location: Barrow-in-Furness (Cumbria)
Salary: Starting from £23,493 per annum with annual progression through the scheme duration
What you’ll be doing:
•Placements are designed so that you are fully immersed into a role, to gain project manager competencies and on-the-job experiences
•You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of different projects by gathering information about time, cost and quality constraints
•It is part of your role to identify, analyse data trends and drive actions to their conclusion
•You will maintain, update and report on key project data, identify any potential issues and help identify and reduce risks as the project progresses; making effective decisions to move the project along

The Weapon Systems Team:
As part of the Platforms & Services sector, Weapon Systems designs, manufactures and supports artillery systems, naval guns, and provides engineering capability. We are looking for innovation, commitment and drive to help define the future of Weapon Systems capabilities.

Qualification requirements
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4 / A*-C which must include Maths & English AND 96 UCAS Points (or equivalent) (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level)
