Job Title: Comms and Engagement Lead

Location: Samlesbury. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £61,110+ depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analysing the potential impacts of change programmes on various stakeholders, processes and systems
  • Leading for the Air Procurement team in the generation and coordination of an integrated internal communications and engagement strategy
  • Ensuring the communications and engagement plan is effective in its offering and reflecting the many ways employees receive and process information
  • Developing a compelling transformation narrative that aligns with the Procurement strategic goals and vision
  • Actively seeking feedback from the employee population, analyse data and use insights to inform decision making and improve engagement strategies
  • Working with other functional areas, such as Communications and Human Resources, and across the group as required to align functional communications to broader business objectives

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Senior stakeholder management: the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, understand their influence, interest and support for Procurement and engage with them to support them in achieving their objectives
  • Facilitation: the ability to lead and guide group discussions, workshops and meetings, and ensure that all participants are heard and respected
  • Proven track record of communications, engagement and change management experience across complex transformations programmes

Desirable:

  • Marketing background is desirable

The Capability Hub team:

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive the Communications and Engagement strategy & execution across the Procurement Function and Service delivery unit. Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will have the autonomy to lead the Communications Planning to ensure critical engagement with our employees, also planning monthly, quarterly and yearly events to ensure everyone is informed. As part of our functional transformation programme, you will have the opportunity to assess change, understand the impact and manage the solution and make a real impact. You’ll work closely with the transformation team locally and in the wider business to support learning, coaching and mentoring of other change practitioners while bringing your own innovative ideas to deliver our programme. This role offers an opportunity to connect with people at all levels, driving meaningful change and we will support you with further learning to allow you to progress your career further.
