Job Description

Job Title: Air ERP Delivery Manager

Location: Warton- We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: £63,900

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide guidance to the Air ERP Delivery Team to deliver existing services & develop new services within the functional domain of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in line with budget provision
  • Support the technical delivery, change and enhancement of the Air ERP platform, and oversee the ERP Infrastructure team who are responsible for maintaining all of the non-production infrastructure environments utilised for development, and support to the Business Recovery activities & Support impact assessments to the baseline solution
  • Be part of the first line supervising team for the ERP Technical Delivery and Support organisation supporting both the Design and Build
  • Be responsible for the design and build of the IT solution components of the Air ERP Platform. All solution change will be delivered through this role which will significantly contribute to improving and enhancing the platform to meet the needs of the Air business

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Validated experience delivering and supporting large-scale ERP platforms, including full lifecycle responsibility from design and build through deployment, transition into service, and ongoing support
  • Demonstrable experience supporting multi-faceted ERP deployments, upgrades, and enhancements within multi-faceted IT programmes, supporting critical business operations across multiple locations and a large user base (thousands of users)
  • Considerable technical delivery background, with direct experience overseeing robust solution design and build activities within an enterprise ERP environment
  • Experience operating across core General Management disciplines, such as delivery management, stakeholder engagement, financial/budgetary control, risk management, and team mentorship

Desirable:

  • Experience establishing and managing programme and project controls, including scheduling, risk and opportunity management, dependency tracking, and solution maturity assessments
  • Experience driving delivery performance using structured delivery methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches, supported by industry-standard tooling such as JIRA and other configuration or delivery management platforms

The Air ERP Delivery Team:

The Air ERP Delivery team is responsible for the design, build and testing of IT solution components across the Air ERP Platform, delivering all ERP solution change and driving the ongoing evolution of a critical enterprise system supporting the Air business.
