This particular role is with our amazing Contracts team in our Munich office within the Tech industry (Austin Fraser brand). We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious Lead Contracts Consultant for a diverse, well established, highly driven and fun team of 9 ranging from Associate to Senior Principal level. If you are at a Senior / Lead Consultant level and perhaps already gained some mentoring or leadership experience and people leadership is your passion - this one is for you!

Your focus as a billing leader:

🔸Leading, developing, inspiring and continuing to motivate a diverse sales team while role modelling and leading by example.

🔸Supporting the team in winning new (contract) business

🔸Stepping in to support in sales conversations (where needed)

🔸Creating a high performing and motivating sales environment

🔸Driving performance and maintaining standards using data and KPIs, but focussing on results

🔸Working very closely with the senior team leader Carolin & Director Max on the strategic goals of the contracts team

🔸Being a D&I champion

What you'll bring to the table:

🔹You will have solid experience within 360° recruitment, preferably contract market and ideally within the Tech industry (We are also open to recruitment experience from other industries)

🔹Experience in coachingmentoring, leading and inspiring junior and/or experienced recruitment consultants

🔹You will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and administratively sound

🔹You are self-motivated but able to work well to instructions

🔹You are an empathetic person who has well-developed interpersonal skills

🔹You have strong communication skills

🔹You thrive off your team's success

🔹You are ambitious, with a keen interest in self-development and career progression
