Project Delivery Manager (SaaS)

Job Description

Our technology already helps some of the world's best-known attractions, such as Alton Towers, Chester Zoo and Butlin's, to deliver a seamless guest experience and better business outcomes.

As Project Delivery Manager, you will work closely with a wide variety of customers to deliver our SaaS (Software as a Service)mobile app platform.

You'll build strong, trusting relationships while keeping everyone on track for the timely delivery of the project. You will update internal and external stakeholders on project progress while clearly communicating risks and issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, publish and distribute project plans to customers, ensuring they are proactively actioned.
  • Host project kick-off calls, outlining the delivery process and re-iterating the project's goals.
  • Identify, mitigate and recommend solutions for risks and issues that threaten the successful completion of a project within the agreed timeframes.
  • Negotiate internal project schedules and address or escalate scheduling problems as they arise for your projects.
  • Regularly monitor and report project progress based on project status, risks and issues.
  • Host project closure calls re-capping outcomes and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are highly organised and able to prioritise your time effectively.
  • You are a great multitasker and able to manage various projects simultaneously while working independently.
  • You have experience using project management tools to create timelines and track the critical path.
  • You can identify and mitigate risks during a project.
  • You are very tech-savvy and confident discussing technology solutions with stakeholders of varying technical abilities.
