- Travel to and supervise the on-the-day running of events as needed
- Build and distribute regular event communications, including pre-event status reports and post-event trip performance reports.
- Work with the marketing manager to lock down event speakers and secure sponsorship packages at in-person and virtual events during the year.
- Measuring and reporting on event success using metrics such as attendance, lead generation and ROI.
- Work closely with the content marketing specialist to create pre and post-event campaigns that maximise the impact of our conversations.
- Keep event landing pages up-to-date
Requirements
- You have experience supporting an international events program for B2B businesses.
- You are a self-starter, proactive and highly organised, used to project managing all aspects of in-person and virtual events, from strategy to execution.
- You can monitor, track and measure performance against KPIs to demonstrate the events’ impact, ensuring a strong return on investment, and adapting as required to ensure future success.
