The mission for this role:

The PMM role will work with the Product Management and Marketing teams to define, refine and understand the Attest value proposition, you will turn this information into messages that communicate effectively to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders alike.

In order to effectively communicate the Attest product proposition a successful PMM will need to research the market landscape, understand where Attest lies; its unique and ‘me too’ features. You will need to identify and communicate the target markets and ensure the Attest message lands in an effective way with those markets.

You will be responsible for educating and providing materials for our Commercial teams, notably Sales, so that they can better articulate the benefits of our products to new and existing customers.

Your focus will be to…

  • Create materials, including demos and ensure education of commercial teams to enable them to convert SQLs. This will mean working as a conduit between Product, Marketing and Commercial to educate, communicate and effectively bridge the knowledge and needs gap between the departments.
  • Responsible for messages and materials for communicating to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Defines and communicate where the product sits in the marketplace against competitors (to customers and internal)
  • Creates a set of messages to communicate the product to the market and establish it within the competitor landscape (both directly, though existing marketing team and sales)
  • Document products capabilities, features, limitations and roadmaps in a customer and prospect targeted fashion.
  • Pricing strategy (consulted in process)
  • Product/Brand alignment - ensuring that the brand values align with the product and target market
  • A voice of customer within the wider Product, Sales and Customer Success
  • Create and develop polished, impactful internal and external product marketing materials and content
  • Ensure Commercial stakeholders are aligned with the PMM plans and that goals are clearly defined and alignment exists between the groups.
  • Maintain and input on our customers’ profile: needs, persona, pain points and desires

  • You have a proven track record of delivering successful product marketing
  • Are a proactive problem solving individual
  • You have a well-developed communication style that is thoughtful; able to adapt your style to different audiences - both external and internal.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-moving, scrappy start-up environment
  • Robust experience working with a SaaS / Subscription based product
