TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the Brands have over 2 million customers across the globe through the ASOS platform and generate brand sales of c£200m.

Following the formation of a Joint Venture between ASOS and Heartland in October 2024, ASOS has created a standalone cross-functional team within ASOS which is dedicated to unlocking the huge growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. The brands now benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while enjoying the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands.

The next 12 months for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will see the expansion of Topshop.com and the continue growth of its global Wholesale operation.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the design and development of our Wholesale Collection and help drive the brand’s long‑term growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Joint Venture partner, Bestseller, to shape the product strategy, build a high‑performing Wholesale Product team, and deliver best‑in-class range building, critical path management and product development processes.

Based at our London HQ and reporting directly to the Product Director for TOPSHOP & TOPMAN, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product teams, Wholesale Sales teams and our partners at Bestseller to deliver an exceptional wholesale offer.

You will:

  • Drive growth in our Wholesale business by delivering exceptional product to our partners;
  • Be responsible for the range building and planning, design, development and critical path management of our Wholesale Collection;
  • Combine a fashion driven mindset with a data-obsessed approach to deliver successful Wholesale Collections in collaboration with our Joint Venture partner;
  • Collaborate with ASOS and Bestseller sourcing teams to optimise the supplier base, delivering high quality product with strong value for money;
  • Be a strong coach and manager, implementing best-in-class processes and developing the Wholesale Product team;
  • Demonstrate exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.

Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional leader with the following strengths:

  • Strong track record operating within fashion buying, merchandising and sourcing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Energetic, hands-on, execution-oriented leader capable of developing best-in-class operations.
  • Curious and adaptable with a passion for driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Wholesale models
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, providing inspirational leadership and coaching.
  • A fast thinker, who works proactively to achieve stretch goals, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
